EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND SUPPORT
We built ZEMA to be easy to use and support. When our clients see how we’ve designed the suite, they immediately understand it and can see the value proposition. The product is developed for technical staff and business staff alike. End users can use our intuitive interfaces and IT staff can leverage our service based architecture. There is very little need for training and resources required for ongoing maintenance are low.
FLEXIBLE ARCHITECTURE
ZEMA is platform-independent; it leverages a client’s existing infrastructure standards. We have installed ZEMA on a wide variety of software and hardware combinations. Our installations include any combination of test, development, production, failover and DR environments. ZEMA can be installed on physical servers or VMware, on Windows, Linux or UNIX, on a SQL Server or Oracle. You can leverage any application server of your choice. Given that ZEMA is a thin client application suite the products are available through any standard web browser via the internet or intranet and can further be accessed through Citrix and VPN.
