ZE is dedicated to providing clients with flexible deployment options that meet their ultimate business needs. We work with our clients to explain the benefits and limitations of each model and help to determine the best fit based on budget, volume of data, resource availability, integration requirements, and overall client preference. We offer three main options: Enterprise, ZE Hosted and Dedicated Cloud.
Enterprise
The ZEMA Enterprise deployment is perfect for clients who are looking for a local "inside firewall" solution. The Enterprise install provides clients with locally installed software and gives them full control over all elements of the solution including flexibility in scheduling, data localization, connecting internal data directly to the system and directly accessing the back-end database. The Enterprise solution provides benefits such as enhanced security for internal data, extended integration options, ability to pull down sensitive data sources (financial data, internal curves, settlements, consumer information) and greater adherence to audit requirements.
ZE Hosted
In this elite deployment model, all the software is installed on ZE secured servers, and you have full access to data through our powerful GUI interfaces and our robust service layer. Clients can request data, create and save analysis, plot graphs, create tables and export the results and have full access to all the functional capabilities of the ZEMA Suite applications. On the ZE hosted model, you can upload your internal data and make it available to the ZEMA suite as you would with any other external data source.
Dedicated Cloud
The dedicated cloud deployment provides all the benefits of the enterprise model but without an internally hosted infrastructure. ZEMA software is installed by us on a remote environment that provides you with all the security and control of the product you need. You can be fully integrated with your internal systems and house all the sensitive data you need while taking advantage of the range of features of the ZEMA Suite in a secure environment.
Managed Services
For clients who are seeking the benefits of end-to-end enterprise solution but lack the inclination or resources to manage the implementation, ZEMA's Managed Services are the perfect solution. Our professional support staff can provide a range of tasks and duties to keep the ZEMA installation deployment working for you. Using secured access to your environment, we'll work with you to define your support needs.
