ZE PowerGroup Inc. reserves exclusively all the applicable rights to, and defines the allowable terms for of use of, the use of the ZE.com website.

Licensed Use Agreement You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and access the ZE.com website, services offered herein, information posted for public use, and any software offered for public download. Any other access or use shall constitute a trespass on ZE PowerGroup's computer systems, shall constitute an infringement of ZE PowerGroup's intellectual property and an unlawful use of ZE PowerGroup's assets. General Rules Users may not use the website in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material:

  1. in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, whether local or international,
  2. in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of any other party or entity

Such actions shall constitute a material breach of the Licensed Use Agreement, and will result in the suspension of your license to use and access the ZE.com website, or any of the areas of website, or of any software offered for download on the website.

User Accounts

Certain areas of ZE PowerGroup's websites permit you to hold an account with a user login ID and password to be granted to you by ZE PowerGroup. This may require you to provide some personal information to ZE PowerGroup. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested. ZE PowerGroup has the right, in ZE PowerGroup’s exclusive discretion, to suspend or terminate your current and future access to any password enabled area of its websites, or to the website in its entirety, if, given any reasonable cause, ZE PowerGroup believes that you are in breach of this Agreement whatsoever.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user-login ID and password (your "Registration"). Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. ZE PowerGroup may investigate any instances of violation. ZE PowerGroup may involve, and cooperate with, local and international law enforcement organizations in prosecuting users who are involved in any violations.

ZE PowerGroup does not warrant that the website, or any third party information, will be error-free, or that the website and its servers are free of bugs, computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful instruments. The website and material are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties of any type or description.

ZE PowerGroup offers no warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of continuous service, quality, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement.

ZE PowerGroup offers no warranties with reference to the accuracy, reliability, relevance, completeness or timely delivery of data, information, services, software, text, graphics and links displayed on this website, or those provided by third parties on this website. Limited Liability

In no event shall ZE PowerGroup be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the ZE PowerGroup websites, or any of the services and software offered therein, however arising, including through negligence, even if ZE PowerGroup has been advised of the prospect of such damages. In all other circumstances ZE PowerGroup 's total aggregate liability to you, or any third party, however arising, shall be limited to $10.00 (CDN).
Inclusion as a data vendor is not an endorsement of our products. ZE PowerGroup is a data aggregator on behalf of clients who have appropriate subscriptions and rights to vendor information.
