Rebecca Killough Bollenbach is one of the founding partners of Essentia Advisory Partners, LLC., an energy consulting firm headquartered in Houston, Texas, and leads the firm’s power and natural gas consulting practice in Mexico. In her nineteen years of experience in deregulated power and gas, she has worked closely with a range of clients in physical and financial power across ERCOT, SPP, SERC, PJM, CAISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, Ontario, Alberta, and most recently in Mexico, as a part of its newly deregulating energy sector.

As the leader of Essentia’s Mexico regulatory advisory and client registration services, she splits her time between the US, Mexico City, and Monterrey, and is a frequent visitor at the offices of SENER, CRE, CENACE, and other entities involved in the formation of the nation’s newly deregulated market. Rebecca’s team is retained by the Western Power Trading Forum as its Mexico energy regulatory advisor. She also serves as Executive Secretary of the Asociación de Comercializadores de Energia (ACE) in Mexico City.
