ZE Expands Its UK Operation Serving Europe
ZE PowerGroup Inc. (ZE), the developer of the award-winning ZEMA enterprise data management suite, announced it will be boosting its support services through its sister company ZE UK Ltd. (ZE UK) in response to its growing client base in Europe.
Operating out of a new Brighton office, ZE UK is in the process of increasing local staffing in order to provide additional new services in project implementation, consulting, sales and accounts management, business conversion process and application support.
Dr. Zak El-Ramly, President and CEO of ZE, elaborated that “although our 24/7 support from the head office has provided integrated high quality support to our client base, we know face-to-face interaction and proximity to our clients adds comfort, efficiency and reliability. ZE’s client base in Europe has been steadily growing, but it is the depth of ZEMA’s penetration into our clients’ operations and the increased reliance on ZEMA as a full data management system that has necessitated a higher support level.”
Richard Leonard, Manager of Product Development, will be directing the technical activities for the UK operation. Ian Gordon, Director of European Markets will continue to oversee sales and business development activities.
To ensure a high level of support and natural flow of current activities, staff from the head office will initially be seconded to the ZE UK office. ZE’s 24-hour support from head office will continue to be available to all clients.
