ZE PowerGroup to Acquire Majority Shares of MTT Technologies
January 30, 2005 – Richmond, B.C. − ZE PowerGroup Inc. (ZE) is pleased to announce that its parent company ZE Investments Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire majority interest of MTT Technologies, an engineering consulting firm based in British Columbia. MTT’s team of highly qualified engineers possesses extensive experience and knowledge in providing engineering services to the electric utility industry. By combining youthful innovative spirit and veteran industry experience, ZEPG is poised to make a success of another stream of offerings for the marketplace.
Through the value added by MTT, ZEPG believes this is a new component of its business that will lead to the natural expansion and continuous growth of the company. Under the new relationship, ZEPG and MTT look forward to providing premium services by synergizing their expertise in consulting, software development, and engineering support. The acquisition of MTT coincides with the 10th anniversary of ZE as a corporation.
