ZE to Discuss Risk Management at EUCI Conference in Denver, CO
ZE PowerGroup Inc. (ZE), the developer of the award-winning enterprise data management software ZEMA, is attending and presenting at an upcoming EUCI Conference in Denver, CO, entitled Integrating Energy Trading, Valuation, Market, and Credit Risk Management. The conference will run from February 18-19, and the agenda will focus on valuing, analyzing, and managing trading activity in the face of revolutionary commodity trading developments in recent years. ZE Senior Business Analyst Ian Mathieson will be speaking at this event on the subject of “Data Management within a Holistic Risk Framework.” In addition to attending and presenting, ZE will be a supporting organization of the conference.
“I’m looking forward to discussing the topic of risk and how ZE features into this challenge,” said Ian. “These days, data management decisions are sometimes an afterthought, specifically in the shadow of large-scale risk management implementations. I’m pleased to be discussing the importance of data in the context of these projects and the steps to utilizing data management tools effectively, to cut costs, save time, and improve outcomes. This event will be a great opportunity for ZE to engage with industry leaders to discuss macro-level trends and best practices in energy and trading.”
Ian’s session will be held at 10:15 a.m. on February 19. It will explore the crucial role of data management in identifying and preventing risk through automated processes, thereby minimizing errors and achieving new levels of market insight with the help from ZEMA.
